My father has not given consent along with 10 members for the self-redevelopment due to the non-transparency process of redevelopment such as no feasibility report by the existing committee. Now the building is going under self redevelopment and the committee has asked for a share certificate copy and if failure to pay, the members who fail to give a share certificate will have to bear the stamp duty expenses. I would like to know if there is any such law.
