I live in Telangana and would like to share my recommendation on selling open plots at Old Alwal, Suryanagar Colony. This area is well connected with other areas of Telangana. There are many hospitals and entertainment opens constructed near the Suryanagar area. Excel hospital, VBR gardens, UPHC Government Hospital to name a few.
I would recommend checking out websites or apps that allow you to sell plots. You could contact a local builder as well. If you'd like to sell your plot for industrial purposes, you should contact industrialists or major companies.
Option 1 : Broker
When I was selling my house, I contacted the local broker.
The Broker helped me connect with people who were interested in buying my plot.
I met with those who were interested and spoke about my demands.
My property was sold in 6 months.
Option 2 : Online website
You can check out websites like 99acres, magicbricks etc. You will have plenty of options online.
