I have purchased a 3 BHK flat in Oberoi Eternia. The layout of the units is good with balconies, plenty of windows and spacious rooms. The property is under construction and not yet ready to move. The construction quality is excellent. I wish to highlight in my Oberoi Eternia review that the 3BHK(912 sq feet) could have had more than one bath. There is marble flooring throughout the apartment. The bathroom and kitchen have ceramic tiles which give the interior a classy look.
