I can say from our experience of shifting to NoBrokerHood and it was not that difficult to make the shift.
With Hood, the setup was quite fast and like we were expecting the setup to take a bit longer. Our society has 450 to 500 flats and the data to be transferred is thus large. But with them they completed the migration and we were ready and working in 2 days.
One thing that made the transition to Hood smooth was that they offered us onboarding without any extra money and gave free training. Of course, they set up our database but after that they trained both the committee and our security personnel. They give out free training in case of a change in security and committee members for life so that takes off all the stress from our shoulders.
And when you are using new software, you can come across issues and all. Here we did have 2 problems in the first week and they give you a person to contact so you can just call and get answers in a call itself, much better than those chat bots we had earlier.
