It is quite difficult to find a plot near Nashik Phata or New Sangvi. After the completion of JRD Tata Bridge, commuting from Bhosari and MIDC area to areas like Pimple Saudagar, Rahatni, Wakad and Hinjewadi and vice versa became very easy. These areas have developed a lot and finding an open plot at a low budget is highly difficult. However, if you go towards Moshi, Chakan and Alandi side, you might get an open plot at a reasonable rate.

There are plots available around 5-7 kms from Nashik Phata for Rs. 1500 per sq ft. So a 1000 sq ft plot would cost you around Rs. 15 Lakhs.
There is Kasturba Housing Society, Vadar wadi in Vishrantwadi where you can find low budget plots.
There are places like Sector 26 Nigdi, Siddharth Nagar, Laxmi Nagar in Dhanori where the rate of residential plots is around 1500 /sq ft. These areas are around 8 kms from Nashik Phata.
