Delhi Nagar Nigam ya MCD ke pratyek builder ko company ki manzoori leni hogi. MCD ke pass ka kanoon ke anusar kisi bhi sampatti ko dhvast karne ka adhikar hai aur imaraton ke aur swikrit ya gairkanoon nirmaan ko niyantrit karta hai. Isliye pradhikaran se avashyak kanooni anumodan prapt karne se pahle kisi bhi prakar ki sanrachna ka nirman karte samay atyadhik savdhani bartani chahiye.

Apni sampatti hatane ke liye nikattam pradhikari karyalay ko ek vistrit aavedan likhen. Aap sthaniya pradhikaran karyalay me bhi jaa sakte hain aur adhikariyon ko vyaktigat roop se MCD dwara book ki gai aapki sampatti ke bare mein soochit kar sakte hain.
Dastavejon ko satyapit karne ke liye adhikari aapki sampatti ka daura karenge. Yadi unhen avaidh nirman milta hai to aapki sampatti book rahegi. Yadi kuch bhi avaidh nahin hai to aapki sampatti soochi se hata li jayegi.
