Thanks to everyone who took the time and wrote the Mahalaxmi Tower review. The project received CC in 2021. I wanted to see the 2 BHK and 3 BHK flats in society. The carpet area of 2 BHK is 700 sq ft and 3 BHK is 1150 sq ft. For the price, I think investing in a property in Mahalaxmi Tower is a good solution. The price of real estate is only going up. I believe the property is being sold at Rs. 20,000 per square foot on the carpet area. The best part is there are many hospitals (Holy Trinity Hospital- Dento Care, Sapatnekar Hospital, and Apex Kidney Care AKC) near the place.

When I visited Mahalaxmi Tower, I realised the project is located on Agrawal Road, Near St. George Orthodox Syrian Church, Govardhan Nagar. I also found there are many educational facilities in the area like DAV International School, Sharon English High School, Thane Municipal School, Sadhana Nritya Sangeet Vidyalaya, and Navodaya High School. I read in another Mahalaxmi Tower review that there are many restaurants and bars (Gurudev Restaurant & Bar, Vijay Shree Pure Vegetarian Restaurant, and Hotel Gurudev) in close vicinity. Next time, I will check them out. The location of the residential project is prime. I think it is one of the best societies in Mulund West.
