I think the Kiran Prakash Apartment is one of the best residential projects in the city. Since the project has been constructed by a famous and legit construction group. I did not depend entirely on the Kiran Prakash Apartment review given online. I went to the project to check all the facts mentioned online. Modern projects have way more amenities yet you will find in many Kiran Prakash Apartment review that the amenities given are not enough. Garbage collection does not take place regularly. Drains tend to overflow when it rains. The traffic doubles when it rains.

Initially, I was looking for a 3 BHk flat but when I visited Kiran Prakash Apartment, I was blown away by the floor plan and layout of 2 BHK. The size of my 2 BHK is 1485 sq. ft. or (137.96 sq.m). According to market research, the price of the flat is rs. 75 L - Rs. 85 L. The 1 BHK is sized at 1092 - 1188 sq.ft and (101.45 - 110.37 sq.m) and the other units of 2 BHK for 1365 - 1485 sq.ft (126.81 - 137.96 sq.m). I read in some Kiran Prakash Apartment review that the project is ready to move in now and possession has been given to the buyers.

The project is surrounded by medical infrastructure(Apollo Hospitals Bannerghatta, Ring Road Hospital, and Rainbow Clinic ), famous schools (Kurur Mana Bangalore, Jyothy Kendriya Vidyalaya, and Stammering Cure Centre), colleges, and shops. Gopalan Innovation Mall, Srinivasa Theatre & Lakshmi Theatre are nearby as well. Overall I give the project 3.5/5 in my Kiran Prakash Apartment review.
