As per my knowledge you cannot sell a land with DKT patta. It is illegal to purchase DKT lands. But the land can be transferred to the legal heirs. But you can convert the DKT land and you can use it for agricultural purposes only.
You must consult a qualified lawyer to get knowledge on this matter. Please share here what you find.
