The easiest way to extract D Patta is by visiting the MeeSeva website and scrolling down to ‘Revenue Department Services.’ When you click on it, a host of services will appear on the screen. You will have to navigate to ‘Extract House Site/ D Form Patta Application’ and click on it. Only registered users will be able to extract D patta by logging in to the portal.

There is no process outlined as of yet through which one can convert DKT land to Patta land. But as already mentioned by Mr Nimish and Mis Ana, if you wish to convert DKT land into Patta land to sell it off, you definitely cannot do so. There are two reasons for this.
