In India this is a great time for investment in real estate property. The reason being two fold:
1. Home loans are being offered at lowest possible rates of interest by all the major banks.
2. It’s a buyer’s market, good deal of negotiations are possible with the owner/seller of the property.
Real Proof is that real estate transactions have gone back to pre-COVID levels, while all the other markets have been severely impacted.
Having said that it would be wise to invest in ready-to-move-in properties to mitigate any risks involved in construction.
