Hello Tarun, I went to check out the 2 BHK flats in this project a while ago along with my father. So, I’d like to share my Marathon Nexzone review. You’ll get 1, 2, 2.5 and 3 BHK homes here. The location seems nice, set in Panvel. You’ll be able to reach the Panvel Station with a 4 km drive. Along with this, Belapur, Nerul and Vashi are all 15-30 minutes away through the Sion-Panvel Expressway. While Kharghar also falls close by.
I asked about the Marathon Nexzone price, which was something we wanted to know beforehand to see if we want to show a real interest in the project or not. They said that the Marathon Nexzone 2 BHK price is Rs. 84 lakhs including everything. We felt it was somewhere around our budget, so we went ahead with asking for the rest of the details.
Another important thing for us was the size of the property. The Marathon Nexzone unit size of 2 BHK is 745 sq ft in carpet area, which isn’t that bad, but we expected better.
However, we were happy with the amenities that this project included. There is a retail promenade, a jogging track, a gymnasium, an indoor games area, a swimming pool and more. In all, it’s a good project, but we are still making up our minds.

Last year, I visited this project with my father. Panvel, Mumbai is the

. I think it's a great location because it's close to the Panvel Pune Highway Junction and the Panvel Goa Highway. I loved this project for the reasons listed below:

According to me, the strategic location is one of the main factors that makes this project a good investment. There are shopping malls, hospitals, entertainment hubs, and schools all around the property.
Another important thing is this project is RERA-approved and
the Marathon Nexzone RERA number are P52000000671, P52000000666, and P52000029859.
Numerous amenities, including a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, landscaped gardens, and sports facilities, are available at this project. These facilities improve the standard of living and give families a fun and safe atmosphere.
I booked a 1 BHK flat under this project, and I think the Marathon Nexzone 1BHK price is reasonable when compared to other projects in that locality. I think buying a flat in Marathon Nexzone is a smart move for anybody looking for a combination of ease, comfort, and long-term real estate profit. I will rate this project a 4 out of 5.

I am planning to book a 2 BHK apartment after going through several Marathon Nexzone reviews. Last month I visited the project to conduct a few due diligence from my end. The Marathon Nexzone address is National Highway 4B, JNPT Highway, near Palaspe Phata, Panvel, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 410206. I liked the location. 2 of its locational advantages are;
10 mins from the Navi Mumbai International Airport.
20 mins from the Trans Harbor sea link.
As I am planning to book an apartment in the Zodiac-1 tower, I enquired for its RERA number. The builder team provided me with the Marathon Nexzone RERA number of this tower, P52000000547.
Overall, I liked this project and would consider it a good investment opportunity.

Hi Tarun! I will rate 1 out of 5 in my Marathon Nexzone reviews. As per my experience, I think investing in Marathon Nexzone is not at all a worthwhile investment. Many problems exist that no one will discuss with you. I have already bought a flat here and let me share the issues with you:
The major issue is that they never deliver your flat on time.
They have poor water quality, parking issues, frequent power cuts, an unmaintained swimming pool, park, and so on.
Their sales team is pathetic. They will never respond to your query on time.
Last but not least, there is very little space for two cars to park in the stack parking.
So, I will suggest you not invest in this project at all.

Hi, Marathon Nexzone project size comprises 16 towers on 25 acres in the first 2 phases. They offer 1, 2, and 2.5 BHK apartments. The price range are as follows;

Thank you Aditi for giving an in-depth review on Marathon Nexzone. There are certain aspects I want to highlight in this comment. I think one of the best selling factors of the place is the location. I read online that the complete address of the residential society is: National Highway 4B, JNPT Highway, near Palaspe Phata, Panvel, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 410206. When I followed the address, I was confused. If you plan to visit the place, just search for Sai world on National Highway 4B. You will find the place quicker this way.
Moving on with the Marathon Nexzone review, I have to share aspects of the project that have disappointed me. The amenities that were promised to the residents are nowhere near complete. I spoke to an individual who had brought a house there and asked him to share a Marathon Panvel review. He complained that the swimming pool has been under construction for more than one year.
He also told me that residents will be charged for these amenities when they are completed. I did not read about this in any Marathon Panvel project review on the website. I inquired and found that a 2 BHK is priced at Rs. 74 lakhs. The price of flats in the project is very pricey as it is. Currently, the residents are paying Rs.5000 as a maintenance charge every month. I think residents should be allowed to use facilities for free as they are paying so much already.
Other than that, I do hope that the project is completed at the promised time. There is valet parking available in Marathon Nexzone. I think it is very risky and should be discontinued. I did speak to the Marathon construction representative on the official contact details which are feedback@marathonrealty.com and phone number 7677350350. They assured me the place will be completed but let us see when that happens.
