Hey there
RCC beam is nothing but a beam or column made of concrete and reinforcement. They take up the load of the wall distributing the load capacity to the entire building. You can construct a brick wall on an arch with or without an RCC beam over it but it will depend on the condition of the building. If it is a new building and has the capacity to bear the load of the wall, you can construct it. But if it is an old building and you think the other walls or beams or columns are not strong enough, construct an RCC beam first then the wall. It is better if you seek an engineer’s advice and then proceed.
