I visited the project and now I will give you a Total Environment In That Quiet Earth review. The project is located just off Hennur main road. This luxurious residential project connects major parts of the state via expressway. There is no metro in the immediate area.  In my In That Quiet Earth review, I would like to highlight that Specialist Hospital,  Columbia Asia Hospital, Chirayu Hospital, Purple Patch Hospital, Cloudnine are The location of In That Quiet Earth is favorable for people who want schools around their home. Royal Academy Public School, Inspire Public School, Bengaluru International School, and VIBGYOR International School are nearby. The best part of living in In That Quiet Earth are the amenities. I moved in a few months ago and I am still exploring this residential project. Continuing with my Total Environment In That Quiet Earth review. Here is a list of facilities:

In my Total Environment In That Quiet Earth review, I will be talking about the flats available in the residential project. There are 3 BHK and 4 BHK Apartments & Villas available there. Despite the number of bedrooms, each flat has big balconies.The flats are spacious and well ventilated, making life there cozy and comfortable. I felt that Total Environment in That Quiet Earth price is way too expensive for the location. Nothing I found persuaded me to spend 3.5 crores on a 3.5-bedroom apartment. I think it will be chaotic since 1600 units will share the amenities. There would be a serious lack of seclusion in the L-shaped gardens, which did not look at all appealing.  Although, the sales crew was great and did an excellent job of clearly outlining everything. Some aspects of Total in That Quiet Earth, however, did not make sense, such as the requirement that a tree is present in a tiny garden. How can they demand payment from clients for the space and then tell them what they must grow in their gardens? My assessment is solely based on the outrageous price offered for such a remote area, and even more so for a flat that won't be finished until the end of 2026.
TE is unquestionably one of Bangalore's most admired projects. I heard a lot about it from many of my friends. My initial impression and subsequent impression were both that I would want to live here (keeping aside the approach road which is still under construction). Just the way my visit was handled simply astounded me. I had a time slot set aside for a qualified crew that was happy to answer all the questions I had and go through all the specifics of the project. I want to specifically thank the sales staff for having the time to explain everything to us, go through all the alternatives, and help us with the overall In That Quiet Earth floor plan design till 10:30 PM. To experience the lush greenery concept even in high-rise flats with an area ranging between 1400-1500 sq. ft. for a 2 BHK flat, I would urge my friends to surely invest here. I spent some time looking into this project and speaking to their sales before deciding not to go with it. If you are domestic client or an NRI, you may find this information useful. 1) There is no transparency in their pricing. For ex: I enquired about their L25 unit ‘premium’ (blue config and inside facing) in Tower 6, they initially quoted me 3.8X cr. I had spoken to an acquaintance who had booked the same Config flat in this tower and that person was quoted 3.3 cr at around start of Feb this year, I went back to the sales with this info and they reduced the price to 3.5X cr but still high compared to what was offered to the other person. I asked them to share the last 5 transactions of a similar unit with same config in the tower to get some transparency on the price which they were not willing. 2) They are unwilling to disclose the undivided land share (UDS) for the unit stating that each phase is coming separately and the UDS will only be shared on the final sale deed in 2027. Would anyone in their sane mind invest in a property without this disclosure, knowing that each tower is 36 Floors high and there would be almost 1600 units or so in the project (assuming a rough UDS of only 400-500 sq ft for a 4bhk), you are paying a huge premium for these units. The selling point is good quality construction and the L shaped garden. Ignoring the L shaped garden, which offers no privacy as such because odd floors and even floors will have gardens stacked in a way that the floor above you will have full view of your garden. I am not Happy to spend my hard earned money on such a garden and centralised ac as selling point for the flat. All major builders in Bengaluru have good quality construction, so quality cannot be the only thing factored here for the exorbitant price

Mr. Dhawan, how could you have moved in a few months before April 2022 when the first set of handover is only in January 2024?
