1. The rates in the core part of the city are Rs. 17,000 per sq. ft and above. These localities are the upscale localities of Hyderabad and are a major commercial hub of the city If you have a high budget, you can consider to invest in these localities.

Madhapur

2. Then if you are an IT professional, you can invest in areas like Hitech city- Gachibowli area. These localities are on the outskirts of the city but closer to IT offices region. Property rates are in the range of Rs. 10,000 per sq ft to Rs. 17,000 per sq ft. These localities are in high demand among home buyers.
