Hey there
The person who has hired the agent usually is in charge to pay him. If the seller has hired an agent, he/she is responsible to pay him. If the buyer had hired the agent, he/she will pay him. You better go through the agreement you had with the buyer or agent to get the exact answer but if you were not involved in hiring an agent, the buyer is the sole one responsible to pay the agent.
