It is common for an NRI to relocate for work outside of India and stay there for a longer length of time. Renting an owned home during this time might be a real pain because it can be challenging to create a registered rent agreement for a rented house.
However, there are two ways for a foreigner from outside India to register a paper or NRI rental agreement in Bangalore:
Utilising a POA
