Hi
I believe you will have to track down the first owner’s family and obtain the death certificate of previous owner. Also, you will probably have to get a signed NOC from the first owner’s legal heirs and second owner. Yours is a complicated situation. You should contact a lawyer to get better guidance on the matter.
