Hi buddy,
You can take legal action against your tenant if he has not paid the rent for the last 6 months. As per rental laws in our country, the landlord can file an eviction suit against his tenant if he refuses to pay the rent more than fifteen days after the due date. I hope you have the signature of the tenant in the diary as it can be used as proof.
