Application for withdrawal of amount from account-A under the Capital Gains Accounts Scheme, 1988.”
Click on the PDF icon.
Download the Form C for the first time withdrawal.
Fill out Page No. 1 and 2, till “For the use of deposit office” section.
Submit the form to your nearest income tax office.
Alternatively, you can download the
Form C Capital Gain Accounthere. You must use the withdrawal amount within 60 days. Moreover, you cannot deposit it back into the account immediately. If a second withdrawal is required, you must submit a
Form D application.
