1. Start by cleaning the roof using water to remove loose particles.

2. Then, use a hybrid sealant to fill in all the cracks.

3. On the prepared surface, you must apply one self priming coat with 50 percent dilution and two undiluted coats of Roofseal Classic. Ensure that each coat is perpendicular to the previous coat.

4. Let the coat dry for around 4 hours before you apply the next coat.

5. Give about a week for the final system to cure. 

6. If you have a tiled roof, it is a must that you apply a primer AC as the priming coat.

4. Allow the retain as ponding for at least 10 days.
