I updated my mobile number in Aadhar by visiting the Aadhar enrolment office. Here is all you need to do to update your mobile number in Aadhaar offline:
- go to the nearby Aadhaar Enrolment Centre
- fill in the relevant form
- submit the form
- authenticate your details by providing biometrics
- pay the required fee(usually it is Rs 50)
- get the acknowledgement receipt
- visit Indian Postal Service website link
- fill in all the details name, address, mobile number and more
- choose ‘PPB- Aadhaar Service’ as the Service
- select UIDAI-Mobile/Email to Aadhaar linking/update
- request OTP and enter it next
- confirm the service request and get the reference number
