I recently helped my uncle in finding out whether the property he is looking to invest in is RERA registered or not. Check out the simple process below:
Visit the official website (https://maharera.mahaonline.gov.in/)
Tap on the ‘Registered Projects’ option under the 'Registration' tab
On the new page, tap on ‘Registered Projects’ under the ‘Select User Type’ sub-heading
You can search for the project details either by entering its name, its promoter’s name, or its certificate/registration number. You can also go to the advanced search option and enter State/ UT, District and Pincode to narrow down your search. You can tap on the 'View all projects on map' link on the page to find out the certificate number of a project.
When you type the project name or certificate no. and tap on search, the project along with a few details will be shown in the search results. Now just tap on ‘View’ to check all the project details.
