One of our neighbours was building their 1st floor and somehow they observed that the foundation wall has a small crack on it. Initially the owner got very much disheartened and thought he had to reconstruct the wall entirely. Several other people also suggested doing it but the builders clearly said that such minor cracks can be repaired. He also said that if the crack had been a large one, a professional foundation repair company or an expert engineer would have been called but this one can be repaired by them only. The house is very next to ours and thus I did observe everything out of curiosity. Here is what they did for the foundation wall crack repair:

• Made sure that the crack is fully dry

• Removed all dirt and debris from the crack

• They bought an epoxy sealer then

• Blocked out the injection ports

• Mixed the epoxy sealer as instructed 

• Attached the injection port

• Spread the sealer along the entire crack 

• Injected the epoxy into the crack

• Sealed up the injection ports

• Cut away the injection ports and it's complete.
