Peepal is one of the most common trees in our country and it can grow anywhere even where there is no proper soil. Usually, it grows near drainage pipes of buildings. Personally, I like this tree, but I can’t let it grow near the drainage pipe of the kitchen of the flat I stay in as it can damage the concrete structure of the flat. So, I asked my mom about the same. She told me how to remove peepal tree from house easily.

She told me that the peepal tree is considered sacred in Buddhism and Hinduism, and is among the principal religious trees every Hindu worships, the other two being Audumbar and Wad/Bargad.

Despite being sacred and religious to us, it's not wrong to grow the peepal tree in your home, but not on a wall. If possible, you should take it out with some of its roots intact, and keep it in a pot or somewhere else (such as beside a temple). The peepal tree is very robust and hardy, so it’ll survive with even 20% of its roots present.

You shouldn’t cut its roots, because, in the scriptures, Peepal is known to be the abode of Brahma. Don’t plant a Peepal tree in the east direction of the home, because this can create a shortage of money in your home.
