Boil 2 to 3 glasses of water in a pan.
Pour hot water on the portion from where you can disconnect the regulator from the pipe. Be slow and gentle. Place a bowl underneath the pipe so that the water doesn't fall on the floor.
Try to remove the pipe now as the pipe will become soft.
You can pull the pipe from the regulator and the pipe will easily come off.
