Domicile Certificate Delhi
Documents Required:Passport size color photograph.
Proof of the applicant owning a land.
A copy of the Birth Certificate.
Resident Proof (water bill, telephone bill, Electricity bill, etc.)
Identity Proof (Ration Card, Aadhar card, Voter ID card, etc.)
Affidavit as given in Annexure-I of the Delhi domicile form.

Tap on the “Apply for Certificates Online” button on the home page.
Log in to the platform
Under the “Apply Online” menu, tap on the “Apply for services” button
Tap on the “Apply” button to apply for the Domicile Certificate
Fill in all the relevant details in the application form and upload all the necessary documents. After that, submit the form.
After the submission, you will receive an acknowledgment number. You can take a print of it too.
