  3. Check the applicable stamp duty as per Karnataka laws. Usually, it is around 0.1% of the annual rent plus the deposit amount. This determines the value of the stamp paper required.

  4. Print the finalised agreement on the correct stamp paper. While the minimum value can be Rs. 20, Rs. 100 or Rs. 200 stamp paper is commonly used to ensure proper documentation.
