Installing acoustic panels is easy for people who know how to measure and fit things. I was not a pro but after watching people working on it, me and my father thought that it could have been done by us only. I am sharing the steps they followed for acoustic ceiling installation so that if you want, you can install them yourself. 
  • Plan the panel placement on the ceiling joists at first
  • Make sure that the border is thick enough to allow screws
  • Install eyelets in your panels and joists
  • Use zip ties to install the panels
