How to get Patta approval

Patta is the government record that possesses all the details of the land like who is its owner, area, location, survey details and more. You can get it offline by visiting the respective office and asking the officials about it. If you want to get it online

• Visit the online portal of land record of your state

For example for Tamilnadu, click on 

• Click on Patta Chitta tab

• Choose the patta chitta of your district

• Taluk, village, ward, block and more details are to be provided

You will get what you want after that. For approval purpose solely, just visit the office and get it done by paying a minimum fee only
