Go to the BBMP website at:
https://bbmp.gov.in/townplanning.html
Navigate to the option Occupancy certificate details and hit on ‘click here’.
You will be able to view the zone details like JDTP- North, JDTP- South, ADTP- East, etc.
Tap on the location you want and select the year.
Click on ‘click here’.
You will have to generate the OC status of the property like this.
Alternatively, if the property is RERA registered you can visit the RERA website at:
https://rera.karnataka.gov.in/home?language=en
Navigate to ‘project status’.
Fill in the details of the project and hit on ‘search’.
Click on the project name.
After getting redirected to the new page you will come across a tab ‘Completion details’.
Tap on the completion details.
You will be able to find the occupancy certificate along with a PDF attached to it.
Tap on the PDF to check the OC certificate.
