Hey,
I have recently applied for a new voter ID card, so I can tell you about the online as well as the offline process. In the offline method, you’ll have to go to the Electorate Office and submit Form 6, 6A, 8A, or 8 (as per your purpose) along with documents like your ID proof, address proof, and photographs to apply for a new voter ID card. In the online method, you’ll have to visit the Voter Service portal to submit the same.
