Hey,
To get a loan on Power of Attorney, simply send a lawyer or other agent to the bank who has the power of attorney. They will register the property in your name, and you will be the principal applicant on the loan application while your power of attorney will be listed as a secondary or co-applicant. Your co-applicant will communicate with the bank on your behalf and sign all paperwork required.
Get quick home loan approval with minimum documentation using NoBroker Home Loan servicesOriginal records pertaining to your property, evidence of your income, and municipal approvals must be provided. The power of attorney format differs depending on the bank. You should ask the bank of your choice regarding the format, in my opinion.
The country where you are currently resident may require that the POA be certified.
