Challan Once the challan is generated and payment is made, one cannot use the same challan again. Payment made through the used challan shall be treated as Invalid!

You will need to pay the exact amount which is given in the challan, more or less amount of payment shall be treated as Invalid!

There is also no Chargeback permitted through Banks. For any chargeback, the customer/allottee will have to contact DDA. Misuse of the chargeback facility may lead to cancellation of allotment/application.

You will just need to fill in details like Scheme, Zone, Locality, File No., Name of the Allottee, Address, Pin Code, Depositor Name, Email ID, and Mobile No. The mode of payment is RTGS/NEFT or Net Banking.
