1. If the value of the property is not more than 20 lakhs you can file a petition in the District Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum.

2. If the value of the property ranges between 20 lakh and 1 crore you can visit the State Consumer Commission.

3. If the value of the property is more than 1 crore you can visit the National Dispute Redressal Commission.
