Go to
https://www.incometax.gov.in/iec/foportal/
and log in with your registered User ID or PAN number.
Select I would want to verify utilising Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) on the e-Verify page.
Choose the option to download the emsigner utility on the Verify Your Identity page.
Now, choose I have downloaded and installed emsigner software and hit Continue after the emsigner application has finished with the installation process.
Choose your provider, certificate, and input the provider password on the Data Sign page.
Hit "Sign."
