Follow these procedures to do business with Azure Active Directory:
Log in to the Azure portal as a customer.
You can use any page to find and choose Azure Active Directory.
Go to Manage and choose Users.
Choose Invite external user under New user.
Choose Invite user from the New User screen, then enter the guest user's details.
Choose Invite to immediately forward the invitation to the user.
The user account is instantly included in the directory as a visitor when you submit the invite.
