To convert agricultural land to commercial land, you can file an application to the commissioner and you should also mention the details of the land and the reason for conversion. You should also submit the required documents in the office including
Rights, tenancy and crops (RTC) document
Mutation extract
Original sale deed
Partition deed (in case of inheritance)
Latest tax receipts
Certified survey map
You need to pay a land conversion fee and after the verification, you will be granted permission to convert agricultural land to commercial land.
