2. You will be able to see a log-in icon present on the top right corner of the page. Tap on that and click on retail log-in opinion.

3. Then log in using your registered mobile number or email address and CAPTCHA.

4. After that, select the 'Pre-closure' option from the menu.

5. Then, enter your loan account number and click on 'Proceed'.

6. You will then get your pre-closure statement, including the outstanding loan balance, pre-closure charges, and the final settlement amount.

7. Then select the payment method (net banking, debit card, or UPI) and make the pre-closure payment.

8. Once the payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS.
