Step 1: Gather the Necessary Supplies

Here are a few things that are absolutely necessary for cleaning the window grills. 

• Old socks or cotton gloves or cloth.

• Soft feather brush

• Vinegar

• Water.

Step 2: Wipe Away the Dust and Grimes

You need to take the soft feather brush and gently start wiping the window grills, panes, etc. to remove the dust particles. Make sure you are taking extra care of the corners, as they are pretty hard to clean. 

Step 3:  Use the Vinegar and Water Solution

Now, mix equal parts of vinegar and water in a spray bottle and spray the solution on the window grills. Let it sit for a few minutes to loosen dirt off the grills. Now, use the old socks or cotton gloves or cloth to wipe down the grills and get rid of the dirt and grime.

Pick cotton cloth as cotton is considered the best absorbent. You can also use old socks for cleaning the window grill.

It is advisable to use a homemade cleaning solution for cleaning any item in the house. As a chemical based cleaner might fade the actual color of the grill and the chemical based products might harm your skin.

Simply warm water and apple cider vinegar is a perfect solution for cleaning grills or any other stubborn stains from the house. You can also use a solution of  detergents/shampoo, baking soda, and lemon drops in hot water.
