3. If the blades have more dirt, I use a slightly damp microfiber cloth fixed to the long handle. I make sure the cloth is not too wet because water should not enter the fan motor or electrical parts. I gently wipe the blades from one end to the other.

4. After cleaning the blades, I use the same dry duster to clean the fan cover and other reachable parts. I avoid touching the motor or electrical connections with a wet cloth.
