Here are the steps my cousin asked me to follow for cleaning the fridge drain hole.

The next step involved locating the drain hole at the back of the fridge near the bottom. He said that it could be covered by a rubber plug and it needed to be removed for the process.

Following that, he asked me to create a mixture of warm water and a mild detergent. Then use a turkey baster or a syringe to flush out the rest of the debris. He asked me to continue using this method until the water started to flow freely.
He then told me that when it comes to how to clean fridge drain hole, cleaning the drain pan by removing all the excess water is very important. Then, he asked me to clean it using a mild detergent to prevent bacterial growth and odour.
The final step was to reattach the drain pan and reinsert the plug to seal the drain hole.
