Visit the rera Karnataka website and tap on "Approved Projects".

You will find four tabs Applications under Process, Applications under Query, Applications Approved, Applications Rejected. Click on the application approved tab.

By clicking on the application approved tab a new tab will open on your screen where you can find all the details and the certificate. However, you need to log in to check out the details related to the project.

Download the details by logging in and compare the information provided by the builder regarding the project. If you find any discrepancies immediately contact your builder. You can raise a request with Rera if the builder fails to explain anything about the discrepancies.
