How to Check RERA Registered Projects?
If you are trying to learn how to check if a project is RERA-approved or not, you can follow the steps mentioned below. Since I live in Karnataka, I have added the steps for the same.
Visit the
Karnataka RERA Website.
Locate the Service tab at the top and click on it.
Next, choose Project Status from the drop-down menu.
Now, you will see a lot of tabs; enter at least one of them.
Click on Search after that.
After that, a page will display all the project details and the registration number. If you want, you can download the RERA certificate of the project as well. That’s about it. I hope you find this information helpful.

Registered Project, Registered Agents and Revoked Projects

Now enter the project name/agent name, promoter name, MahaRERA Project or agent registration number
Click on ‘search’
The approval status and project related information will be displayed on your screen.
You can also check RERA approved projects by clicking on ‘View all projects on Map’ and look through the map for the project.
