I learned we need to use the Bhoomi portal to check land records. Here is how you can do it, too.
Visit the official
Bhoomi Karnataka portal.
Locate the View RTC and MR and click on it.
Provide all the required information and click on Fetch Details.
And after that, all the Bhoomi land records will be available on screen. This is how I could check all the required details. After checking that, I could learn that there were some issues with the property and I refrained from purchasing the property. Hope this helps.
