As I mentioned before, checking MahaRERA is very necessary before purchasing an apartment. Here are the steps that you can follow to check if the concerned property is registered under RERA or not.
Go to the
MahaRERA website.
Enter the name of the project, pincode, completion date, state, division, and district.
Click on Search.
Now, a list will be provided below, and you can browse through that to locate the project. If you want to check the MahaRERA certificate of the project, then you can click on the “Eye Symbol” and the certificate will be displayed in front of you. Steps to find MahaRERA registration details related to projects:Visit the official MahaRERA website (https://maharera.mahaonline.gov.in/)
Tap on the ‘Registered Projects’ under the 'Registration' tab
After that, you will have to fill in details like the promoter name, project name, etc., and tap on the “Search” button.
The project details will be shown on the page. Now you can get details regarding the project’s locality, possession date, its type, etc.
Visit the official MahaRERA website (https://maharera.mahaonline.gov.in/)
Tap on “Registration” and choose the “Registered Real Estate Agents” option.
Tap on the “Search” button
The details of the registered agents will appear on the page
