Go to the TRACES website:
www.tdscpc.gov.in.
Sign in with your User ID (TAN), Password, and Captcha code. If you don’t have an account, register first using your TAN and details like previous filing.
Go to the Statements/Payments tab. Select View Filed TDS Statements.
Choose the relevant Financial Year and Quarter for which you want to check the status. Select the type of TDS/TCS statement (24Q, 26Q, 27Q, or 27EQ).
The system will display details of the filed TDS return, including:
Acknowledgment Number.
Date of filing.
Filing Status (Accepted, Rejected, or Pending).
Remarks, if applicable.
If required, download the consolidated file (Conso file) or Form 16/16A for verification. Ensure that the TDS return has been processed successfully to avoid discrepancies.
