Hey,
To get property name and title changed, you will have to submit an affidavit for name change in the sub registrar's office. Once that is done, you will have to advertise the name change in a local and national newspaper. You will also have to get a notification published in the Gazette of India.
All the documentation must be submitted to the SRO and after careful evaluation of all the information provided, the name change process will be initiated.
