Hello! Last month, I changed my mobile number, so I had to update my registered mobile number in TATA sky as well. I was slightly skeptical about the process, so I took help from my daughter. She showed me how to change registered mobile number in TATA sky from the mobile application. I only had to sign in with my account and was able to change the number easily. How to Change the Registered Mobile Number in Tata Sky?
First, you need to download the
TATA play applicationif you haven’t. Sign in with your subscriber ID and then you can follow the steps below.
You will find a profile icon at the top right corner of the screen. Click on that first.
Then, click on the ‘My TATA sky’ section and you will see your account details.
At the bottom, you will see ‘My Account’ which you need to select.
In this screen, you will see different options like your account balance, subscriber ID, etc. At the top of the screen, you will find a profile section. Click on that.
This will show your contact details. Here, you can edit your registered mobile number. Just click on the ‘Edit Profile’ option.
Go to the mobile number section, enter your new mobile number, and save the information.

When I wanted to change my registered mobile number in Tatasky. I followed this process:
1.Go to MyTataSky website at:
https://www.mytatasky.com/web/portal
2. Navigate to ‘My Account’ and select the profile section.
3.You will see options for registered mobile number and alternative number in the section.
4.Tap on the ‘Edit Profile’ button and fill in the new phone number as your registered mobile number.
5.Tap on ‘Save’ and submit the new registered mobile number. You will receive a confirmation SMS once you change your mobile number in TATA Sky.
You can even call the TATA Sky helpline number and the customer care executive will help you change your registered mobile number easily.
