How to Cancel FlexiPay EMI?
You can contact the SBI credit card customer service helpline to cancel the FlexiPay facility. As Shiv indicated above, the SBI Card helpline number is
1860 180 1290. After calling this number, you need to follow the below steps:
Adhere to the IVR instructions to speak with a customer support representative.
You must give them all the details they need, including your card number and personal data.
Let them know that you want to stop using the FlexiPay feature.
The customer service representative will make sure your request is completed immediately.
Let me inform you one thing there won't be any fees applied to the card account if you made the cancellation request within 45 days of the reservation. In case you made this request after 45 days from the date of booking, then you will be charged a cancellation fee of 3% of the remaining principal amount billed to the account.
